Carol Kindinger 

Sales Partner

Carol’s role as Sales Partner entails maintaining existing and attracting new programmatic and social media clients, which is made possible through her vast repertoire of past acquaintances and business partners in the agricultural arena.  Prior to joining Big Reach Network, Carol served as National Sales Manager for  DTN/Progressive  and  NAEDA Equipment Dealer  agri-business publications providing sales, management and operational support.  Carol is also former Executive Director for the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation, as well as liaison for Kahn, Soares & Conway (a law firm that represented agricultural clients worldwide) for the Washington, D.C. office and the firm’s other three offices in California.  As International Marketing Specialist for the Michigan Department of Agriculture, Carol was instrumental in implementing the Department’s international trade program for the promotion of Michigan agricultural products abroad with foreign importers and government officials to promote sales between prospective buyers and sellers.  In addition, Carol has found time to serve on a number of boards throughout her career, including the Michigan Governor’s Commission on China, Mid-America International Trade Council, Michigan Export Development Authority, Michigan Child Study Group, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Gateway to Invest (Missouri Chapter), to name a few.  Carol enjoys spending time at the gym, exploring unknown places domestically and abroad, as well as vacationing with family and friends.

Bret Kealy

Account Executive

Bret brings over 30 years of experience and relationships in the Agri-Marketing arena to the Big Reach team.  One of the first print sales reps to bring a laptop and a (dial-up) internet connection on sales calls, he has seen the growth of digital advertising from the very beginning.  As Publisher & General Manager of three national magazines, Bret was at the fore front of transitioning advertising & content from print to digital.  He has a BS in Agriculture & Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.  When not online, you will find Bret fishing on the lake, frozen or not.

Susan Heley

Programmatic Operations Manager

Susan’s role at Big Reach Network is creating, implementing, and executing all things programmatic. Susan’s experience comes from working at one of the major Minneapolis advertising agencies where she gained her knowledge and passion for programmatic and the world of digital advertising. Past client sectors that Susan has worked with include leading CPG and Retail brands. Susan is a newcomer to the world of agriculture, but is excited to roll up her sleeves and learn the ins and outs of the market. In her free time Susan enjoys traveling and attempting to bake delicious new treats.

Mike Gonitzke

Sales Partner

Mike handles key strategic accounts in the Southern states for Precision Reach. Mike has a wealth of agricultural knowledge that he brings to the table. He has an extensive publishing, database, and multi-media background within agriculture and rural markets. His deep roots in ag media include Publisher for Cotton Grover, Cotton International with Meister Media worldwide as well as various Farm Press print and digital properties now under the Farm Progress/Informa Unbrella. In his free time Mike enjoys hiking, biking, and every imaginable water activity.
